MANUAFACTURING PROCESS
The raw material is initially discharged, selected and cleared of its impurities.
The debarking process removes the bark to achieve a minimal ash rate
The wood is then shredded into small pieces through the chipper? Drying removes the moisture in the wood to give the final wood pellets maximum calorific value.
The shredded wood is crushed to obtain a homogeneous sawdust.
The sawdust is then compressed and emerges from small wooden cylinders 6 mm in diameter
The resulting wood pellets are cooled and sieved
Packing is done in 15 kg bags
Finally, palletizing and filming
ECO-MANAGEMENT
100% of the raw material comes from Tunisian forests of the northwest known for its great potential of Aleppo pine and rationally exploited under the control of the public institutions
If the pellet heating is economical and ecological for those who use it, its manufacture is also in line with the expectations of conservation of the planet against the global warming. Wood is a naturally renewable raw material whose exploitation generates little CO². The CO2 balance of the wood pellet is quasi-neutral.
Our wood pellets are made of natural raw materials. They are a renewable energy source with high energy content and low impact on the environment.
Wood pellets are increasingly competitive compared to other energies used for heating
